We offer a variety of awesome classes. All our classes are beginner classes.

Bikram Yoga

All our is a 90 minute beginning yoga class consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is practiced in a heated room. The class is designed to work 100% of your body, bring your entire system into balance, heal injuries, and create strength and flexibility. Bikram Yoga is a low impact, full body workout that benefits everybody. We are your daily resource for healthy living.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
