 90 Minute Bikram Yoga Class - Moderate to intense exercise designed for all ages,
 bodies, and abilities.
 60 Minute Bikram Yoga Class - Moderate to intense exercise for regular practitioners
 with limited time.
 Yin - Variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3-5 minutes, accessing
 deeper layers of fascia.
 Inferno Hot Pilates - High intensity, low impact workout using Pilates principles with
 music. 130bpm, yup!
 Cyclone Cycling - High intensity, low impact. Ride to the beat and dance on the bike! 45 min.


    It is mandatory that ALL new students arrive at least 15 minutes before class.
